"Cockroaches everywhere you turn, even in your room! They never had clean towels at the pool. Kids were allowed to be loud at all hrs of the night, with zero parent supervision, an on floors they weren’t even staying on! The only thing that was awesome, was the shuttle!"

"Hotel was nice. Room had no microwave, the ac worked good but didnt keep the room cool. The restaurant was very over priced. The shuttle to universal was a great help. The shower door didnt close properly so everytime u showered the floor was wet"
