The rooms were very small and the beds were not comfortable. However the location was awesome, house keeping was so nice and helpful. Front desk staff was a bit rigid with some of my reservation issues but one of the ladies was nice enough to move us to a different room. Overall good stay

The location is good but the room which was a Hollywood sign view room isn’t quite what I expected with the view overlooking mainly the exterior of other buildings with the sign barely visible. The room was very basic but clean and spacious. The bathroom was shower only but again clean and tidy. ...

The staff was great, and the room overall was good, but it wasn't as clean as I would have expected. The rooms are also dated. But again, the staff was so good so I would probably come back.
