"There was a huge cockroach in the room and the jets of the spa made water spray everywhere in the room. Also it was dusty as if it had not been cleaned. Also at night it was very rowdy. Likely not returning and would not recommend. "

"My stay was ok. The room was fine, bathroom can use a makeover. Have to pay for parking $19 per day with no security, big sign says they are not responsible for car breaking or if your car is stolen. No security, they only check to see if you have a parking pass. What are you suing a parking fee for? To have your car stolen or broken into and the hotel is not responsible? Breakfast is over priced. Rooms are out dated for the price."

"Location was great. Near the 91 freeway and there are many eating areas across the way within walking distance and next to the hotel. . Noise level was minimal. Check-in receptionist wasn’t very welcoming. We had issues with the key cards. Door wouldn’t open and our second day they were deactivated?? Breakfast was ok. Cereal, muffins, yogurt, waffles, milk,coffe and orange, juice. No bacon or sausage. The tv needs an update or their wi fi. We downloaded an app to watch a show and it was slow. The Hotel does need cosmetic update. In the middle of the night our ac shut off. Many of the doors were missing the lock bolt panel. On the bright side the mini fridge kept our drinks very cold. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price. "

"The front desk was very nice, from Jack to the lady I didn’t get her name. The property had a lot of homeless people, and some of the people there seemed a bit sketchy. I was a little scared to leave my car when I pulled in, and everyone stopped to look at us, especially since I had my toddler with me. I didn’t feel safe, and the hotel door was very loose, and to make matters worse, the card key didn’t work. We were promised a full refund, but we’ll see if they actually keep their word."
