"When we arrived they said the room wasn’t ready due to no air conditioning and that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, and they didn’t have another room. When we asked about our paid reservation, we found out they actually didn’t have our reservation on file even though we paid for 3 nights in full. We were forced to search for another hotel and request a refund later through Expedia. What a terrible experience."

"Terrific property but be warned. The Agoda map location is absurdly wrong. The map in Agoda makes it look close to Minca but the actual distance is miles away. Once you get to the property you aren’t going to Minca unless you’re willing to pay 140 k pesos each way. That said I would stay again.
