"Very lucky with our room upgrade nothing special just at the pool side because we a lot of people complained about street noice on the other side. Rooms nice and clean . No A/C is not acceptable for an island with a hot weather . In the morning we have to close our bedroom because of the noice coming from delivery stuff getting ready for breakfast . Breakfast was good for the first 2 days . They offered veggies that you can eat. They test very bad like they were keep in the fridge for a month ....

"Air conditioning in our family appartment 157 wasnt very cool at all ,we did report it numerous times was told keep windows doors closed which we did and already knew to do anyway . They fix it so for 7 night's it was abit uncomfortable . Staff were very nice 👌 hotel spotless . Hopefully hotel fixes air conditioning in this appartment as would hate for another family to suffer like we did in the warmth . We had to buy fans to sit by our bedside "

"Place at the back of the hotel beside the road and construction site with heavy drilling and removal ongoing from around 8am to 5pm. Didnt enjoy the room at all as it was noisy and door where vibrating. Room is lovely, toilets too top notch. Beds okay, not sure what the blanket was from. Swimming pool wasnt heated but was not too cold. Deck chairs again top notch. Dont know where the blankets are? Deposit on enter for a minibar great idea. Lead to a longer check out process so leave a little...

"Nous avions une chambre vue mer au 4eme étage. Juste parfait ! Une vue magnifique, top pour le coucher de soleil. Le service chambre est parfait. L’hôtel est bien mais pour le nombre d’étoile il y aurait pu avoir des services inclus comme le prêt de serviette de piscine gratuit, la possibilité de manger dans le restaurant à la carte même en demie -pension. Dans des hôtel d’une autre marque, tous ces petits servies sont inclus même en DP. Dommage mais nous avons passé un très bon moment ☺️"
