"The owner Andres was very friendly and helpful. He gave detailed information about Segovia and the surrounding area. He even made suggestions about our travel itinerary on the way to Toledo. The apartment is very nice and spacious, the kitchen area is spotless and well equipped. Wish we could stay longer in this place."

"Nice rooms, very few amenities, no coffee in the rooms, Outdoor pool was not open yet, but looked ready, (34 degrees outside. People sitting in the lawn, lounge chairs weee locked up , asked to pay 12 euros each to use the indoor pool!!!
Was once a nice hotel, a little dated and will nickel and dime you.

"This is the second time staying here and the service and hotel is great!! Staff goes above and beyond their jobs to help and the hotel is immaculate. Its location is just a short walk from Plaza Mayor yet is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. The views are fantastic!! On some mornings like today you can watch the hot air balloons take off and float overhead. I travel a lot and give this hotel my highest praise. One note, the hotel is on different levels so you may need to climb a few...
