"Realmente todo, porque no respetaron mi reservacion con el argumento que ho habian revisado la pagina por la que realice la reservacion y a altas horas de la noche debi arriesgarme con mi familia para buscar otro hotel.
Realmente este tipo de situaciones deberia tener alguna sanción para los hoteles que no respeten las reservaciones y coloquen en riesgos a los usuarios."

"Beautiful hotel built with bamboos in a gorgeous setting inside a bamboo forest, with plenty of flowers and singing birds.
The rooms are large and light with of sliding glass doors opening to the forest.
The hotel has an infinity pool and also a beautiful spa inside the forest, where we got a great massage.
Would definitely recommend."
