"Pros:
Check in was quick and painless. Rooms, pool & spa very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the variety of fresh items for breakfast. Very clean area also. We loved how our room had front parking and very close to pool, spa and walk to beach.
The outer grass areas (cigarettes everywhere), garbage cans overflowing), guests were loud and people drilling outside at 12 am-2 . And although beds were very clean, they were very uncomfortable . Back was killing us in the morning.
Cracks and building structure seemed outdated and in need of work. Very concerning for property Oceanside.
