"The hotel is located in the heart of the business district and it offers great amenities, View of the city from the pool is spectacular. Comfortable, safe, friendly staff and convenient meeting spaces. Breakfast is top notch and the martini at the pool bar is amazing. However, prices for food are unnecessarily high compared to similar hotels and you pay even for a bottle of courtesy water in your room. Otherwise highly recommended."

"We stayed at the hotel for only one night. Although the property was fairly empty and we saw very few guests throughout our stay, we encountered multiple issues. When we discovered that our shower was not working, staff simply switched us to another room without any assistance. Once we settled into the new room, we found that the refrigerator was also not working. Given that the hotel was not fully occupied, we expected a better-prepared room from the start."

"Beautiful property in a fantastic location. I highly recommend staying at this historic hotel when visiting Santo Domingo. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and they offer free parking, which is hard to find in a central location.
