"Waited a long time to check in which was frustrating, standing in the lobby with my bags while no one was at the desk for a while, the person in front of me went back to their car. "There are no elevators, not handicap accessible for floors below and above lobby area. Swimming pool was being renovated. bathroom toilet was leaking so floor was always wet even with bath mat on floor. Free breakfast was as they say you get what you pay for. It served the purpose of having a bed, toilet and shower, but not what you would expect if you need an upscale hotel to stay in. The doors leading in from parking lot are always open. "Too many carpenter ants in and around room. Corners and window areas not clean. Check in clerk was not Hospitable at all. Not enough water bottles in room. Paying for parking is not a good look for a hotel not in an actual downtown location. Parking should be free for hotel staying guests."
