"The room was great, the cleaning was good, nice breakfast, fresh towels, one of the managers however was extremely rude and tried to kick me out of my room that I had booked for 2 nights after night 1. She was not accommodating, and called me during my graduation lunch to try and kick me out of my room with all of my belongings still there, very rude."

"Excellent stay at Home2 Suites Kingston! We travelled as a family with young kids and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was well-equipped with a full kitchenette: fridge, sink, dishwasher, utensils and dinnerware all included, which is a huge plus for families. The pool was warm and well-maintained. "The room was clean and modern, with lovely products in the bathroom. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had great service at the restaurant for dinner; we didn't try the breakfast. There were 2 down-sides for me: 1. The pool is not in the hotel, but in the adjoining building, and the walkway to get there was basically through a parking lot. They had security at the doors, usually, but there were also times when we went to the pool and the door was ajar without anyone around....

"Its reconditioned Quality Inn old suites, marketed as Comfort Suites. Parking is shared b/w Quality/ Comfort and Holiday Inn suites and Comfort Inn charges USD 6.99/ day for it. Expedia shows parking on property but does not show charges, and you have to toggle down to the bottom in details to see it. I did not see while booking and was shocked to see charges at check-in. Staff waived for me but pretty upset with Expedia on sneaking charges on customers and not showing upfront. Rooms are ok,...

"The front door didn't lock probably so at night u were half awake BC of that. Beds were new but the carpet was still the 70s and stained. It's a place where u would stay once and leave. Pay the extra to stay at the big ones. Manger was awesome and great to deal with. All in all it's a place to stay away from."

The room was great, very clean and well laid out. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom clean. The motel location is in a quiet area surrounded by local amenities.
