"The air conditioning/ heating worked well. The furniture and everything is so dated and worn and dirty. I checked everywhere on the bed to make sure there were no bed bugs or anything. The sheets were clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable but the hot water in the shower you couldn't adjust it properly. I unplugged the mini fridge because it sounded like it was going to explode. I had to manually turn the TV on and off and the remote barely worked. I made sure I wore slippers especially...

"The parking was easy, it was close to our room. The room had a full kitchen but there wasn’t everything you need to cook, you would need to bring your own. There were a few items. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The check in was a close call. We still haven’t determined what went wrong or who’s to blame?? When we arrived they had no record of are booking. I booked a month ahead. We called Expedia and could not hear her, it was breaking up. She said she would try to call the hotel...

"Most of our stay was enjoyable; however, the breakfast items were somewhat sub-standard (Cold muffins, hot dogs instead of breakfast sausages, two-item fruit salad) The room was clean and comfortable. Entranceways from Princess Street need to be fixed, as there are many potholes."

"The hotel was clean, check in easy, pool and breakfast excellent. Note when the hotel is full with hockey teams etc be prepared for lots of kids and some noise. Was quiet by 9pm though."

"I loved my room, the comfy bed & the welcome cookie. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty. The two things not so great: the breakfast coffee was so strong I couldn't drink it & not hot enough. Also, the breakfast waitress - an older lady - had dirty fingernails which really left a bad impression on me."
