"Room and carpeting throughout the hotel were dirty and in need of a deep clean. Some fixture were in need of repair. The parking was across the street in a back alley and we arrived at nigh. I was uncomfortable and felt unsafe in the parking lot after dark."

"This hotel looks and smells brand new! Everything was absolutely spotless (this coming from a germaphobe who literally never says this about hotels. It was so clean and modern. The staff were very sweet too! It is right off the interstate but don’t let the stop you. It was very quiet."

"When I got to my room, I noticed a tiny bug in the bed. I went and told the front desk and they accommodated me and responded very quickly. Great staff. Also there was a fight in the hotel parking lot. I informed security and they got on it very quickly. Great staff. Overall my stay was overwhelming but the staff made it all better. Really appreciate the staff."
