Room on 3rd floor. Broken elevator. No bacon or sausage at breakfast cause they don’t eat meat. Their words not mine. Otherwise ok. Needs lots of updates and fixing up.

Ceiling fan in the bathroom was falling down out of the ceiling. front desk would not repair it or give me a different room. bathtub all rusted out and no hot water. had to run it for a half an hour to get heat. That’s what the front desk told me to do to get hot water People smoking drugs at the entryway of the hotel and homeless people sleeping at the Driveway entrance. POP machine were all out of order. Swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Toilet would not flush down on the first flush usually took three flushes to get the water to go all the way down. Still had painter tape up on the windowsill. Missing start button for the whirlpool tub and it wasn’t covered up. And it was not covered up for protection could be electrocuted. We talked to Expedia the hotel and Expedia both said we could cancel and may get a refund but was denied the next morning this was the worst hotel I have every stayed in

First staff member did not inform me that if you book a room from a different website and you come to check in that there is a $200 hold that you need to pay and if you get before 3pm before your check in, you have to pay $40. I only found that out from the second staff member which was a total shock. Room was nice but you have random people walking around and police across the street dealing with homeless people. I would not refer anyone to stay there honestly because of the area and they do not tell you about the hold fee nor the $40 early fee until you get there. I went there with the full intent that the price I paid on Expedia was all I needed to pay.

Got into the room late and went straight to bed. Got up that next morning and realized that two of the lamps had no bulbs, a couple had no shades, the fridge was not working and there was no remove for the TV. I mentioned this to the clerk and he almost seemed snippy. Commented we should have told them last night when we first got into the room. I was not needing the room switched, as he seemed to think i was asking. I was hoping at least for a remote for the TV. The general attitude was I should get over it.

This place was an absolute dump. It is dirty, the a/c was missing it's front, it was unreal. They moved me to another room that was just as dirty as the first one. When I called the desk about the situation, no one came. When I got tired of waiting, I went downstairs and 2 employees were just sitting there not moving an inch. The furniture is literally falling apart.

Nothing professional, they charged an extra 50 dollars without reimbursement, they did not give an invoice, nothing was signed, it sucks and breakfast is closed much before the agreed time.

The overnight staff member who checked me in was functional but not at all welcoming. He seemed to take a very long time to do the check-in process and communicated almost nothing as he did so. The room was also functional. It was relatively clean but old and in need of some TLC. But I did appreciate the amenities of a kitchenette and the large tub, though the Jacuzzi jets did not work.

It was disgusting. The room was dirty, we killed a cockroach and found bed bugs. Elevators were dirty. Don't stay here.

The owner is very rude talks mean to customers. He refused to give us fresh towels daily and toilet paper said it wasnt his job. Hade wait til monday til maid cleaned the rooms. I had to literally yell at him go get plunger to fix our toilet get us fresh towels. The breakfast was terrible. Nothing healthy to choose from.

This place was a disaster and total disappointment. It was in a very shady area. The room was clean but there were holes in the walls, curtain was broke, the bathroom had a jacuzzi tube but it the jet’s looked dirty afraid to turn on. People were roaming the halls smoking weed. Non of the vending machines were in working order. The free breakfast was bagels, toast, boxed cereal and coffee. Our room keys and all of the other people staying in the hotel at the time keys stopped working first thing in the morning. No hotel staff to help anyone get back in to their rooms. One man stated his key card even shocked him when he attempted to open his door this morning. They also placed a 200$ charge to hold the room in case of incidentals. I have stayed at way better places that only charged 100$. I do not recommend this hotel. Travelocity should take it off of their list.
