"The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. You could hear the neighbors going in and out...in fact soundproofing all around could be better. We had noisy neighbors the first night and they did quiet down after a call made to them from the front desk but we could still hear them talking and moving around after that until they settled down to sleep about 2am. Breakfast sandwiches in plastic bags should have been left up to us to microwave as the bread was soggy and doughy after being in the heating dishes. Other choices were fine. I would have loved to have biscuits and gravy as a selection and I was told they never do."

"Overall, the hotel was not what I was expecting. It was decent in some terms but still below my expectations. The sofa bed mattress was ripped on the side, really old, stained, and very uncomfortable. The bed mattress was okay but the beddings weren’t fully clean. The bathroom was mostly clean but not well maintained at all. The room could be much better if it were renovated. It was really spacious, the staff were nice, and the breakfast was fine though. The rooms could do much better with a renovation and a bit more effort on the cleanliness. In the room you can hear the airplanes from the airport so it would be better if the walls were sound proof, bug that wasn’t much of a problem."

"Overall our 1 night stay was great. Only minor things were that our soap was just about empty - we had to take the top off to get some out for our showers vs the pump (it was only 1 night, nothing to make a fuss about). However, being a hotel that allows pets, should either have more insulation or specific rooms dedicated with more sound blocking. I love that it's offered, but not when you hear someone's dog non stop barking for multiple hours."
