"Everything about this stay was excellent except 1 thing. And that 1 thing would be the only thing keeping me from staying there again. The problem for me was the smell from the cleaning solution, which I believe was used on the floors, was so strong it was making me feel sick. I am not especially sensitive to odors, but this was really strong. It gave me headaches, nasal congestion, sore throat and sick tummy. If that problem is resolved, I would definitely stay there again!"

"Easy access to the room with a personal door code. Nice room, very vibrant and clean. Nice seating area just outside of room outdoors in front of the room as well as balcony area. Very good sized TV with plenty of apps for a variety of choices. Plenty of amenities in the area. Only downside is the room was advertised with a mini fridge but it did not have one."

"Good location for where I needed to be. No one was at the check in desk. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up. Front desk people do not speak clear English so it was hard to understand them. Giant roach in the room! Room, bed and bedding was run down and it felt dirty knowing there were roaches in the room. Bed was worn and not very comfortable. Some female called me the day of check out and left a long, illegible message. I returned the call and it went to the front desk. ...

"The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The hotel was beautiful, and the parking was very easy and convenient. The location was perfect—close to the airport, in a safe area, and very quiet. The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. "I had trouble getting to sleep due to someones kids playing in the hallway being loud. And there was a mouse in my room. I heard it sqeeking when I woke up and there were mice droppinga on the floor mat in the bathroom. Which were not there before. And no, I did not have food in the room. I've never used their stove or microwave. I've stayed at this establishment many times and this is the first time my peaceful get away from home was not peaceful. "The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. You could hear the neighbors going in and out...in fact soundproofing all around could be better. We had noisy neighbors the first night and they did quiet down after a call made to them...
