"Not the easiest to find the entrance to. A bit tricky. Check-in went fine, but desk was un-attended when I needed some assistance. Obvious smell of weed when I went in. Was supposed to recieve a package, 3 days later when I checked out I was told it never arrived. Nearby restaurants not very good."

"Parking is not secure, staff is rude, waits for you to leave, and enters your room searching through your personal belongings for “smoking” when you aren’t there, gave me a discounted rate for my emotional support animal and then acted like it never happened. Harassed my entire family the entire stay. Every time they saw us it was, “where is the dog”, “what room are you in”, “where is your I.d.”, “your room smells nice, what perfume is that”, etc. Bed bugs galore, dog piss in hallways, workers...

"Nothing felt safe about this place. Don’t stay with a child of any age. Homeless and people clearly on drugs living in the elevator and all around the parking lot. I missed that there was no refrigerator in the room. Super outdated no working outlets. Unfortunately we only had 6 hours to eat dinner/sleep and get back on the road or we would’ve left. "HVAC did not work in the room. The front desk gentlemen and myself tried to get working but to no avail. Most likely air handler. "

"Paper this walls and very loud adults in next room until late. No shampoo, only soap. No hairdryer. Plenty of towels. Mattress soft and lumpy. Big refrigerator and microwave. Small parking spaces. Next to airport and highway, so noisy all the time. Overpriced but was close to my meeting place."
