"The Tempo has reasonable rates and is a great place to stay in Louisville’s NuLu neighborhood. It is also within walking distance to Downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There is a parking garage right behind the hotel, though it costs about $30/night. "We were only there 1 night so didn’t experience much. Rooms were clean and spacious with full kitchen. Breakfast is nice bonus. Perfect location for visit to University of Louisville and also super close to Churchill Downs."

"They took the reservation, they did not keep the reservation. We showed up at 7 pm, after a long day, only to find they double sold our room. They also reported prioritizing direct reservations over those from third party sources like Expedia. While they did assist us in getting a room at a better property, they did not send over the correct paperwork. Took us almost two hours to get to a room.
