"The location was accessible and a 5 minute drive to the old port. The grounds were pristine and the building had great modern urban styling. The amenities (I dont normally comment about) were excellent. Thank you for the friendly excellent service. Would stay here again. "

"Had a lovely stay at Alcanea in the off season, it’s a great location in Chania Old Town. Kyriaki couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive with any requests I had for things to do or organising taxis etc. The building has a lot of character and history "

"Excellent for a one night stop before flight. Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with. Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well...

"Otele rezervasyon yaptığım andan itibaren benimle iletişim kurup bilgilendirme yapmaları çok yardımcı oldu. Özellikle check-out günü organize edilen protestolar ile ilgili. Odalar geniş ve temizdi. Banyo belki bir yenilemeye ihtiyaç duyabilir. Ayrıca çok merkeziydi. Özellikle otobüs ile ulaşım sağlıyorsanız. Hemen otobüs garajının karşısındaydı."
