Why is this a 4 star hotel?

I suspect the hotel will be very nice once the building works are complete. No on-site restaurant. No bar. No contents in mini-bar fridge. I don't know why this hotel is 4 stars.

Hotel muito bem localizado e com nĆ­vel de decoraĆ§Ć£o. Acesso Ć  quarto feito ao ar livre o que de inverno e com chuva nĆ£o Ć© prĆ”tico e chega atĆ© a ser consternante por nĆ£o haver abrigos. Acesso ao restaurante de igual forma desprovido de proteƧƵes. Pequeno almoƧo muito bĆ”sico Ć© muito racionado. Quarto gĆ©lido cama sem coberturas adicionais e wc sem aquecimento. Vale o bom ar condicionado mas mal localizado o que aumenta o tempo necessĆ”rio para aquecer o quarto. Acredito que seja muito bonito para o verĆ£o mas muito pouco no inverno.

A repetir com bom tempo

Excelente. A repetir, com certeza, para usufruir de todas as facilidades, uma vez que a meteorologia nĆ£o permitiu gozar dos espaƧos exteriores. Apenas trĆŖs pontos menos positivos a assinalar: primeiro, nĆ£o permitirem que os animais de estimaĆ§Ć£o acompanhem os seus donos. TĆŖm todas as condiƧƵes para isso, tanto nas Ć”reas exteriores como interiores (nas "casinhas"). Talvez seja uma polĆ­tica a rever. Segundo: a ligaĆ§Ć£o wifi simplesmente nĆ£o funcionava dentro de casa (305). Foi aborrecido porque tĆ­nhamos compromissos profissionais a cumprir e precisĆ”vamos mesmo de net (tivemos de trabalhar Ć  porta, no exterior). Terceiro: nunca encontrĆ”mos funcionĆ”rios no bar (terĆ” que ver com a Ć©poca do ano?). Mas, de um modo geral, gostĆ”mos imenso do hotel e vamos voltar.
