"Everything was terrific from the beautiful rooms, 2 pools, excellent and helpful staff to the breakfast bar in the morning. There are shuttles by van and boat to the beaches abs other locations. The new Tigress restaurant and outdoor bar were a perfect way to end the day. "

"The property was very nice/clean. Not to mention the special air filtration systems in the rooms which is great for anyone with allergies. We felt some of the restaurant options were a little pricey and just ordered take out from the Italian restaurant. The drinks/bar by the adult pool are expensive and then they charge you a resort fee. Didn't we pay enough for the room per night? For two Long Island Ice Teas with gratuity was about $45!! Bring your own beverages and put it in a travel cup...

"The shower was totaly clogged. I got shower to late so I couldn't complain to the management."

"Hotel is very nice, it was our 3rd time visiting, however, we requested a low floor through Expedia, which they couldn’t accommodate, very disappointing, went several times to move to a lower floor, without success. We had entertainment daily in the past, not this year, very limited. There was extreme banging from construction next door, which all of the guests were upset by, understandably, out of control by the hotel, wish an ordinance would have limited that, with a resort right next door....
