"Breakfast was great! Lots of options. We had a few issues with our room, the microwave was broken, tv volume was going up and down sporadically. Called the front desk and they came and put a new microwave in the room and looked at the tv within minutes. Room service only comes every other day, had to call the front desk for hand towels, wash clothes and bath mat that were not replaced after they cleaned. "Everything in the building is good and also came with free EV chargers. I asked the staff to switch out my dirty towels and they didn't. The only complain I have is the breakfast. There is an elder lady there making omelette doesn't seem like she wanted to be there. They put the breakfast behind her so that no one can take more. "The room was clean, staff were very very nice. However, when we arrived the AC was broke. That was day one, the morning of day two the toilet broke, someone came up and fixed it but it still broke. Then I stepped outside to enjoy the balcony to find that the balcony above was being cleaned and all the water from that one completely covered the balcony for my room with dirty water. They had a dog area for people with pets and it was a decent amount or grass with poop bags and a trash can for the bags. That said, the actual room itself was really disappointing. Pool and spa were closed for “inspection”, from what we could tell the pool and spa had been closed for a while (no pool access was not listed anywhere on Expedia).
