Not sure why they thought it was beneath them to empty overflowing trashcans or organize the snack area. A dog had an accident in the only elevator on the property so that didn't help. ...

Hotel was good. Friendly staff. Bar was great. Relatively upscale. My only issue was with the highway noise. This is over the Mass Pike. They have a noise machine to help. But the sleep was not the best. Blinds did not fully close either.

The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. However, my experience overall was disappointing. They threw me out. I didn’t appreciate anything that happened there. Apparently the front desk wasn’t able to operate the credit card machine to place a hold on my credit card. I was asked to leave very disappointed in your services.
