Expensive for what you get. Good location but noisy area - across from casino. Hotel itself very quiet. Homeless people around. Felt safe but definitely not luxury property. "

"今回は４泊しましたが、フロントの方がとてもフレンドリーで、最初から最後まで印象が良かったです。部屋も清潔で、５泊未満の場合は部屋のクリーニングが入らず、タオル類やトイレットペーパー、ボディソープなどは3階と5階のエレベーター横に設置されたトレーに置いてあるので、セルフで交換するシステムになっていました。ゴミはフロントにお願いすれば、片付けてくれます。フロント横にはフリードリンクの用意もされていました。中央駅からもとても近く、旧市街にも歩いていける距離です。ミュンヘンに来た時はまた泊まりたいです！"

"The NH couldn’t be closure to the central station so very easy to get around and only a 15/20 minute walk to Marienplatz. Despite the hotel being next to the tram tracks/station area the room was very quiet, comfortable and easy to relax. Everywhere was clean and the staff friendly/professional. Poor signage for registration has you going from the main door on the right to the door on the left that has a registration sign with a small arrow referring you back to the other door. We pressed the door release and it wouldn’t open and the door was locked. I called the number with no answer and no response to...

"What an amazing hotel, quirky rooms, beautiful lunch and breakfast and great staff. I must say an extra special thank you to ohn in the restaurant- we had some business meetings on Saturday morning and he helped us with coffees and water for our guests- nothing was too much trouble.Gestures like this and his professionalism will ensure that we return again.
