"Location was great. Staff was efficient and helpful. Room was clean with very comfortable beds."

"The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The carpet was sticky and disgusting. We had to clean the bathroom areas before we could use them. We arrived late and was too exhausted after a twelve hour drive to get there to fuss about getting another room. Would never stay there again. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast was inedible other than the toast and bagels."

"Hotel needs major updating. 3rd Floor---hallway feels like you might fall through---not sure if the hallway was flooded and the wood is rotting below, but feels very unstable as you walk over, very concerning. You can literally see the unevenness in the floor. Needs a prompt and thorough inspection. Found one small roach in the room on our last day. Walls are thin, can hear the neighboring room.
