"Bed was nice, all the staff I spoke with were amazing and helpful. I had only one issue with one lady being kinda rude but EVERYONE else was so nice and helpful. Very nice hotel and right by the convention center. I chose to stay embassy suite instead of the host hotel for the free breakfast and very happy with my choice."

"The older lady chris was super sweet and friendly. The younger blonde girl that was working the evening of Friday May 1st wasnt friendly at all...she had an attitude and had ZERO customer service skills....and her rudeness carried on throughout the weekend. The beds were hard, the curtains wouldn't close all the way and the breakfast was okay. The only decent thing was the biscuits and gravy (the gravy had some flavor compared to others in the state of Alabama, no one knows how to make gravy down here), the omelets were okay but nothing to write home about. The price of the room was NOT worth it. I have stayed in much nicer hotels and paid a lot less than the 181 a night they are charging people. All in all not a terrible place but I will never book here again."
