"The staff was super sweet! They safely stored our bags and luggage so that we could roam the city even prior to checking in and after we checked out. They also gave us a room on the 28th floor with a view of the Staten Island Ferry. Everything was great. My only point of concern was the price of the water offered at the hotel. $7-$10 for a bottle of water is too much and should be provided for a lower cost or as complementary to the room stay. Overall great stay though! "
