"Probably my worst hotel stay in NY. The property is old so no double panes glass windows so the outside noise is very load. There’s too much noise from the corridor with all the slamming doors and elevator motor humming and adjusting every five minutes. Hang your own towel as there is no daily maid service; terrible bedding and no one around to offer extra blankets or towels. For $350 night I regret just not going on my Bonvoy app and taking the cheapest Marriott option."

"The staff was super helpful and friendly, great location walkable to subways, and awesome partial views of the water. Three super fast elevators, however during checkout it took a bit to catch one as everyone was leaving at the same time. Would definitely stay here again!"
