The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the shuttle service was a wonderful perk for getting to and from nearby restaurants. "Had Ocean View room reservation but got no Ocean View. We will not be staying here ever again."

"Rooms are too tiny. I was changed 3 times by my request. Finally i stayed in front of the beach with ocean view balcony it was only when i felt in a real hotel room, The Cove is like be on a Hialeah apartment. I was charged 5 different times on my credit card, and 4 days after checkout i still have one duplicate charge pending to be removed"
