"We had a Penthouse unit with a view of Simpson Bay. Awesome sunsets and views of the entire area. Rooms were clean and spacious. Balcony great. Staff was very helpful. One issue was only 1 elevator was working the whole time we were there, but we managed. Lots of things to do and places to eat within walking distance. I've been to this resort a few times before and would continue to go back."

"La propreté, le service et la situation géographique 5* Les petits déjeuners valent la peine d’être pris en extra lors de votre reservation. La nourriture au resto est excellente. Cependant le menu est limité et les prix sont élevés. La réceptionniste (Rina ??) qui nous a accueilli était formidable et à notre écoute. Direct sur le boardwalk et service à la plage impeccable avec Rhiad et Kelly (happy happy Doo). Ils ont toujours le sourire et offrent un service exemplaire. Merci aussi à Shanika. Des chaises longues avec matelas et parasols toujours disponibles. Vous pouvez demander de réserver vos places pour le lendemain. Pas besoin d’aller mettre vos serviettes à 6 am ! Il y a aussi des flotteurs et un paddleboard offerts gratuitement. La vue sur la mer est à couper le souffle. Nous étions au 4e étage. Un machine a cafe Nespresso avec 4 capsules incluses par jour était bien apprécié. Le seul bémol ne concerne pas l’hôtel mais plutôt sur la diversité en soirée. Si vous voulez du nightlife vous ne trouverez pas à Great Bay. Les commerces et plusieurs restos ferment au départ des navires de croisière. Si vous désirez un peu d’action, faudrait opter pour Simpson Bay."

"The location and view from the room Is amazing. This is my 3rd time at the Sapphire beach club which I love and I recommended it to others. But, the AC was almost not working. It was VERY weak. It was not cooling the room. It was humid inside the room. Definitely the ceiling fan helped but was not sufficient. I reported this to the staff but no one did anything. Which is sad. I hope this is to be considered as this is one of my favourite location at SXM."
