"The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and took time to answer questions and make sure we had what we needed. The room was smaller than what it looked like in the photos, but it was not small. There was plenty of room and the space was very clean. The breakfast, while good, was very much like your standard Hilton (Hampton Inn) buffet breakfast with servers getting your drinks for you. The pool was clean and refreshing. We loved the large selection of lounges around the pool as well...

"We had a great time. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The beach and two pools are perfectly located. A easy walk to Duval st. The rooms are nice but not much storage or closet space for clothing. The showers could use some shelving for personal shower products. The food and drinks are outrageously expensive, so you may wa t to think about dinner and drinks elsewhere. Overall we really loved the place. The staff was amazing. We will come back next year. "

"No check on staff after 5 pm. I was 10 min after abd not accommodated because i hadnt let them know. My tour was longer than expected so i missed my window. Took my money though i had no option to stay. Avoid at all costs"
