"The room size was great, but the AC didn't work, even after the maintenance team "fixed" the AC. The pillows were horrible. Breakfast was decent outside of non guest eating there, clipping their finger nails, and placing their feet on everything. This place is a hard pass for us next time we visit Key West."

"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The bathroom was in poor condition. The sink was clogged, and the shower was very outdated. There were rusty screws sticking up from the shower floor, which felt unsafe and should be repaired. Overall, the room was much more expensive than what the condition justified. For the price we paid for one night, I expected a much better-maintained room."

"We booked a two bedroom suite. It was not as advertised. There was a primary entry and then a secondary entry to two separate rooms. One room was small and was only a bedroom. The second room was an actual suite with a master bedroom. With three small kids this was less than ideal. I spoke to staff and they agreed to move us to a three bedroom suite which was actually set up like a suite. The room we moved to was clean and stocked. "There were ants in the room. Just a few to start but then we had a late night pizza and next morning pizza was invaded and all over the place. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice but there were leaves from trees in section that could have been taken care of better. A/C was working great."

"There is no staff. No one there at checkin. We had trouble with getting into the room. Room lacked electrical outlets and a table for a laptop. Wifi never worked for the three nights we stayed there despite a number of calls. We were in a building across the street and the wifi didn't work there, It did in the main building. The guy on the help line blamed my ineptness for not being able to connect to wifi. My wife couldn't connect and also our neighbors in other rooms. Stay in a hotel...

"I would not recommend staying at The Pegasus International Hotel in Key West. During our stay, the room above us flooded, sending water into our room and soaking some of our belongings, including my CPAP machine. We were forced to move rooms in the middle of our vacation and were repeatedly told the manager, Sandy, would contact us. I asked several times during our stay and was always told, "tomorrow." After checking out, I left two voicemails, sent two texts, called the hotel, and emailed...

"There was nothing unique. But they advertise a pool and they don't have one it's a Hot tub that's not hot enough to be a hot tub and they call it a pool also"
