"Pub with rooms,with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water.
Evening staff were warm and welcoming, great evening meal. Breakfast was slightly less relaxed as the waitress was slightly overwhelmed having 4 guests.
An extension lead for the kettle in the bedroom would be useful. Also lots of cooking smells in the room and corridors due to the kitchen door being open all the time."

Sorted out parking.
Table broken in room.
Shower no pressure, dribbled out.
Room fan very poor, very little air coming out even at high speed.
Complimentary bodywash and shampoo so small not worth open the packed."

"When we arrived i bokjed us in and paid before check in and got key everthing fine got shown our room ,then went out with husband and our kids at night getting a fone call from manager saying i had to get out room as i hadnt booked the potion room which i had and i would have to get out that room in the morning , long story short had to go back n proof i had booked the potion room so didnt have to leave n that the wizardry had been double booked, manager didnt have a clue what was going on he...

"Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided.
Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast.
The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...
