"Good location with regular shuttle bus to the airport. Room nice but poor lighting and needed a torch to see the air conditioning controls. Otherwise very comfortable bed. Food good. Staff polite."

"We were very upset to find that the restaurant was not open and did not get told of this when booking and before arrival. It was very upsetting after a 10 hr flight to have to walk to another hotel to get a meal."

"The staff was the worst I’ve experienced in my month of traveling England. They weren’t friendly or helpful and made me feel like it was a burden staying there. And I stayed 3 nights. And there’s absolutely nothing close by where you can eat. The cook was the only pleasant person. The place has absolutely no warmth to it."

"I want to express my disappointment with the attitude of the reception staff who was supposed to welcome a long term guest.
I had hoped to encounter a more understanding, attentive and responsive member of staff who would be willing to assist with my requests in a prompt and professional manner. Such situations inevitably undermine confidence and detract from the overall guest experience.
I believe that a welcoming attitude, a genuine willingness to assist, and a commitment to integrity and...

"having been here once before i was looking forward to my stay, however i was in a different room inside the main building, while the room was very comfortable and roomy it did seem a bit dusty and damp, Sadly during my two night stay the tv was unavailable due to local Aerial problem, while i understand this wasn't the hotels fault it was very disappointing. Also no fridge was available which i was expecting as my last room had one.
The large bath tub was much appreciated . A lovely outlook...

"It was very cold in the room and after few hours they turn it on to get warmer but still very cold and I got very sick. It was very far from everything, no shops, no public transportation, nothing was around. Just dead area the way I was so scared to sleep in the room which was out of building. 3 a.m till 5 a.m so much noise like some one was working on the next room."
