"The street that our GPS told us to turn on is not marked with a street sign so we drove past it the first time. The hotel was clean and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I know it was a budget room but it would have been nice to have a full length mirror by the door so we could make sure everything was ok before we went out to our event. "Breakfast was decent ,parking was good outside our window to keep an eye on things. One thing I thought was weird is that at Saturday breakfast there was a lady who brought her pet dog into the breakfast area and sat at a table with the dog into the room. This was not a service dog. I saw one of the staff speaking to her but she and the dog stayed. We left and returned when she was leaving. I can’t imagine the issues if this dog were to use the floor or the bench for a bathroom break."

"This is a very unique restored mansion within a fairly easy walk to downtown Kingston. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Our room had been advertised through Expedia as having a bay view, and it didn’t, but that was no big deal. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. All in all, a great experience."

"I have stayed at the Marriott Delta once a year for the past 30 years and it is always enjoyable and comfortable. The meals at The Terrace are Devine and walking the waterfront and downtown kingston. It is always here Marriott residence inn waterfront o Kingston Marriott or Courtyard Marriott they are all great options"

"Rooms have been updated ... no more carpet thank god. Our room didn't lock but was fixed really quickly. Didn't do breakfast at the hotel as I'm gluten intolerant so no GF choices available"

"It was hard to tell whether to give it a 4 star or 5 star result to the amenities and maintenance because they were in the midst of finishing a renovation to their front entry. They were managing the disruption quite well, though."

"The property is extremely dated except the main lobby. Staff were friendly but had little to work with. Room had only the bare requirements. No vending machines. No bottled water. Main lobby has no provisions for people with mobility issues. I do not recommend this location."

"This was a beautiful property that was close to Kingston. There is no person at a front desk but they were very communicative on what to do and it was no problem getting our room. The space was multiple rooms, including a huge bed, a spacious living room with a small kitchen area, and a very nice bathroom with heated floors! Everything was quiet and very clean."
