"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed to relax. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee. I would have liked a vending machine on the upper floor instead of having to come down to the lobby to purchase any snacks or something to drink, but otherwise I have no complaints."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. They also paid close attention to make sure that the people entering were guests and did it with class not being mean. It makes me feel safe when staff is on duty and makes sure guests are safe. The woman who checked me in explained the amenities check out time and breakfast time. Very pleasant as was gentleman in the evening. Very clean room and good rates"

"The staff are real people not phony courtesy but nice and helpful. Whether it was breakfast or a clothing iron it was all good"

"I can’t believe I had a student at Northwestern tor 4 years and didn’t discover this place until the end! Great space, great location!"

"Given the price point and other reviews, we came here expecting a luxury stay similar to the Waldorf Astoria, Four Seasons, and Peninsula, which are some of our favorite properties to stay at. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"When I called about the heat and blinds, on two separate occasions, someone came within 15 minutes. The person was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I will refer others to stay at Aloft"

"I stayed at hotel for halloweeen and the elevator stopped working and I had to take 9 flights of store to the lobby nobody notified the guest or anything letting us know what was going on … will not be staying there again"

"Very respectful staff. Very nice and clean stay. We highly recommend and will return."

"The breakfast was great"

"We had an amazing stay! The four-bedroom apartment was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and perfect for our trip to Chicago. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable, and the apartment truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell the host put a lot of thought and care into creating a welcoming space. Everything was exactly as described, and the communication and hospitality made the entire experience even better. This apartment helped make our Chicago trip...
