"Great villa . Colonial UNESCO style. Air conditionning and very cosy rooms. Breakfast is excellent and staff super réactive. "

"Such a lovely place to Stay. On south bank of river away from centre so super quiet. Bit of a problem until river works finish next month as no bamboo bridge. This normally makes 10 walk in to centre. At moment its 30 mins using the old bridge or a boat service that does save much time.. Great breakfast..Nice residental area."

"I gave this hotel 5 stars, mainly because the woman who managed the place. I booked this on hotels.com, and there are many amenities listed that do not exist. There is no bar, even though there is a menu in the room advertising beer for sale. I also saw no bikes for use, and the airport transportation was the manager arranging a taxi for you. "ナイトマーケット、朝市、メコン川沿いのレストランなどとアクセスがいいです。掃除やタオル交換などはお願いしないとやってくれません。でも、スタッフはにこやかで対応はいいです。ツインでしたが、部屋は狭く、キレイな感じではないですが、ゲストハウスだと思えば、納得できます。キレイなところを希望の方は別のところがいいと思います。でも、値段とアクセスの便利さを考えたら妥当だと思います。"

"Really like the place, the staff is super helpful. Breakfast is basic but good enough. The area is located right in the centre of the city. There are multiple options to go for lunch or dinner. I really like to stay."

"The Property is located smack dap in the middle of the City. Breakfast on the Mekong? No problem; 50 paces - take your pick. Transport arrangements by the Staff."

"It’s alright for a guesthouse. The rooms are decently clean, and the staff are friendly. A simple breakfast is provided, which is a nice touch. The only issue I had was a rooster that lives on the property and started crowing nonstop under my window from 5:30 AM, making it hard to go back to sleep. I mentioned it to the staff and was given another room on the opposite side of the building, which was much quieter."
