The room was clean and spacious with good amenities however the bed was slightly firm, however this did not detract from the overall quality of the room. "Disappointing that room service had a hidden "tray charge" not detailed on the menu or room welcome letter. This was the only standout difference to other similar quality hotel brands where this is not a charge (or at least quoted on menu prices). Other than this, was a great stay. "
