"I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. The room was in poor condition and visibly dirty. The carpets looked unclean, the bedding and pillows had stains, the sink wasn’t properly cleaned, and there was still garbage left from the previous guest. We also couldn’t get hot water in the shower. It gave the impression that the room hadn’t been serviced at all. We didn’t feel comfortable enough to sleep in the bed and ended up sleeping in our clothes on top of it. I would not stay here again. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. "

"Housekeepers need to step up their game there is more to cleaning rooms than changing sheets and vacuuming Countertops and bathroom counter needs wiped down EVERYTIME and the toilets need cleaned Overall good hotel but i have to wipe down my whole room half the time"

"No pool open No room service to clean out trash No coffee in the room at all Never was told that you have to ask for room service to pick up trash or leave coffee Had to move from room 218 to room 208 reason was that toilet was broken and room was out of service But they still rented out room 218 Room 218 the toilet was shut off for reasons I didn’t know but in the middle of the night when using the bathroom I found out why the toilet was shut off The toilet was broken and there was water all over the floor Will never stay there again I haven’t even heard from the Manager or the Hotel Very very bad service "
