"It took us until 11:30 p.m. to get in one of our two rooms…we arrived right at 4:00 check in. It took an hour & a half to get our luggage delivered to our room from Valet parking. It was only delivered when I told them my husband needed some medication out of his bag. Both of our rooms were downgraded ..."

"Very nice downtown hotel property. Public parking across the street is currently $8 for 24 hours. We stayed on the 4th of July, 2026, and from our 20th floor room we had a great view of the fireworks being set off all over the city! The grand finale was a brilliant thunderstorm!"
