"There was no coffee in the rooms. Very minimal. Considering how much I paid for this hotel, I would like to think they could at least put a coffee station in the room. Service at the bar was a little slow too - and they didn't look busy. The drinks were made and I was watching as they sat their. So I sent up and asked if I should just take them back music. They said "no". But are what to make is that."

"The staff were very helpful. Everything else was not good. The hotel is within 10 minutes of the Oktoberfest and main train station, but even if those were your only requirements, there are better hotels in the area. The hotel is run down. The room was generally not clean. Our pillows and bed linen had hair on them from previous visitors.
The hotel is in a really bad area. Walking at night did not feel safe.
I will definitely not stay at this hotel again."

"Nice big room but the main shower did not work, We had to use the shower in the bathroom by entrance, which was weird, no door, just showering by the toilet and sink. Reminded me of RV showers. Other than main shower not working, it was a nice big room with balcony. Breakfast was ok."
