"We had a great stay at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and really enjoyed our four-night stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the hotel has a beautiful atmosphere with well-maintained spaces. Our room was comfortable and clean, and overall service was excellent.
One small suggestion: it would be very helpful if, at check-in, the hotel clearly explained what is included in the resort fee. We later found out it covered several amenities that we were not aware of and...

"We had a very pleasant experience at the property. Even though we arrived after midnight, Angel, the person at the reception, was very hospitable and friendly. He led us to our room after checking us in very quickly. Checkout was a breeze as well and the employees were generally friendly.
The room was simple, neat and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and enough clean towels were provided.
A parking lot is located behind the property (with access from the front)...
