"As always it was a great stay. The room was a bit smaller than last. At the beginning of the trip the customer service was great we were greeted and taken care of. At the end of the trip the person behind the front desk was not very friendly, she wasn’t at the desk but left a sign saying she would be right back. Which was fine but when she walked in she didn’t greet me I got up and walked up to the desk and said hello she said nothing. She was just standing there as if she didn’t want to be...
"The hotel was great and the staff was friendly but the nearest restaurant is not very close. The hotel has a bar with bar food but not much of a menu. The hotel was very nice and clean and the room was great. "
"From checking in to checking out everything was soo easy and fast. No hassle and worry free. As well as the communication as soon as we got into our room, they followed up to make sure everything was up to our needs and definitely fulfilled them. Hats off to Gisel for the communication and fast response to my questions. Definitely recommend and will stay again in the future "

"I don’t like how we were charged for parking.
Why do we have to pay for parking at the hotel parking lot? 10.00 a vehicle and I had two vehicles.
Why? That should have been included in the reservation. "
"Everything was great the staff was nice and our room was clean the only thing is you can hear the cars from the freeway at night but I’m a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother me over all awesome"

"really enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, bars, and other attractions. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. It was easy to find my room, which was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The beds were incredibly cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. I’d definitely stay here again!"
