"Nice breakfast, The property looks the same as it did 5 years ago and has lost that cosy feel. It needs a little TLC and it seems to have lost the ‘Scottish roots’ Staff are very polite but wouldn’t say friendly with almost a passive agressive attitude."

"Room 203. Some issues arose. The shower temperature was scaldingly hot no matter what setting was used at evening time. While there was a warning at the sink about hot temperatures, the shower was dangerous. I resorted to Steptoe & Son mode and washed the essentials in the sink. The pod/coffee maker ..."

"Caravan is lovely and comfortable, though can be noisy in stormy weather, though otherwise it's a quiet location. Drive is quite steep for parking. Fantastic views over Loch Long. Access drive is a single road, is quite steep in places and it can be tricky to find the caravan."
