There were stains on the board, and cushion on the board was super thin likely due to overuse. For a 5-star luxury hotel, I’d expect better maintenance even for an ironing board. "I liked the convenience of eating places behind the hotel and the quick access to and from airport. The staff are accomodating and the rooms are decent especially for people on long layovers."

"The peppery felt new. Location is very convenient and the staff were responsive. Housekeeping was especially nice to my child and engaged with towel designs and personal notes. Gym was sufficient and open 24/7. Breakfast buffet provided international and local options! Great for a small family stay."

"Staff were great I arrived early and that was no problem, room was clean and had everything for a short stay. Handy to food stores nearby and seemed safe to walk around. Only negative was I booked the shuttle for 02.30am it turned up at 02.15am and wouldn't wait, it came back about 45 minutes later."

"The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. However, wifi is terrible and I called about it in the front desk but they hurriedly told me it will be restarted. Nothing happened. I stayed 2 nights and there is no wifi. Altho, it has great location. But better hotels around the area were cheaper and better choice. Also, airbnb is also available around the area with good wifi."

"The room was clean and they consistently replenished the minibar items like water and coffee. We really liked the hotel pool, and the breakfast was good. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that outside food isn’t allowed. My son is a picky eater, so we had to buy food from outside, but bringing it into the hotel wasn’t permitted. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the food policy was a challenge for us."
