"Room was clean but there was a mark on the bedding which wasn't too savoury. We were given the disability room for some reason and that meant that the bathroom sink/mirror were low amongst other things. If we had stayed another night we would have asked to be moved as the hotel wasn't full. The staff were very nice as was the breakfast. "

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel appears to be used by the council to house individuals with drug and alcohol issues, which created an uncomfortable and at times unsafe environment. There were visible burn marks on tables consistent with drug use, and noise levels were high at all hours of the day and night. Local businesses even confirmed this is an ongoing issue. Unfortunately, this made it impossible to relax or get proper rest, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"Friendly staff and comfortable room in a great location, only blemish was the paper-thin flooring separating us from the guests directly above. When the footsteps stopped thumping, we could hear their conversation quite clearly. The restaurant gave us a good meal at a reasonable price and the front desk crew could not have been more welcoming."
