"There needs to be bars of soap for people that sit in the bathtub. The shower gels are too high for people in the tub and they have to stand in the tub just to get soap."

Even though my ac in the room sounded like it had a book with pages ruffling in it all week I didn’t care because the hotel was nice! And also, speaking of breakfast - the gentleman that ran the breakfast area during the week?? ABSOLUTE LEGEND! I’ve never seen someone more attentive and caring - I would stay here again just for his attention to detail and expertise! 10/10"

Unfortunately, the other room was next to people who were constantly arguing and the walls were very thin, so my 14 year old daughter couldn't sleep and she even went to the extent that she slept on the floor in our room until they slept, which was around 1am. "The room was not cleaned (short staffed) but the front desk readily gave us clean towels and an apology. The shower floor was very slippery with a few errant pieces of rough tape place haphazardly in the floor. Front desk suggested we put a towel on the floor for safety. The rate of the room is great and I appreciated that, but the airco vent was right next to the desk which made using the desk uncomfortable with cold air blowing on you. "Room was clean and check-in was easy. Kitchen in room was spacious and refrigerator/freezer was very large. The pool was too small to be useful, but we saw some people using the gym. All day coffee was amazing and the breakfast was surprisingly good. We would definitely stay here again."

"This facility is rundown. The driveway did not have a clearly marked exit so you had to drive out against traffic. The pool had a film on it and the water pressure was very weak and overall it was not a good experience."

"I had a positive experience. The only issue i had was the mattresses used on the twin beds were very uncomfortable."

"We spent our first night in the room 201 and moved to the room 241 for our second night. That room was filthy, the two queen beds were filled of bed bugs. I took some pictures and videos of the bed bugs scrolling in the beds. We are very disappointed for spending $220.00 +tax per night in this hotel, and we worry for falling sick sleeping in this dirty room. I can share the videos with you."

"We stayed a night here following our visit to Hershey Park! Quiet and convenient location just a few miles from the park. The facility and room was cleaned. Breakfast is from 630a-930a quite a variety including gluten free options. Staff very friendly and polite."
