"The twin room offered a good sized space for a European property, but otherwise was very disappointing as it was shabby and dated. I knew from the pictures not to expect luxury but it was less attractive in person. The building had the feel of an old roadside motel and I would not have felt safe or secure there if I had been traveling alone. "It’s a steal location for nature lovers, tree huggers and general lovers of good service. The rooms are excellently laid out and have a super selection of drinks, hot chocolate, tea,coffees. The Bathrooms look and feel modern and have a high standard of fixtures and fittings. Very hard to find fault with this venue as Lucy and all the staff without exception go out of their way to please and accommodate your stay without being intrusive or overbearing. "The property is very nice. Looked very new inside and very clean. There were a few hiccups. The shower cut off for about 30 minutes in the middle of a shower. There were no linens for the sofa bed. The bar and restaurant are closed on Monday and Tuesday and I wasn't advised of this until I had already arrived in the UK. If it were not for those things, I would have given 5 stars."

"If you are lanning to stay more than one day, PLEASE TAKE YOUR SHOWER GEL. Room are not cleaned daily. Continental Breakfast was OK. Weather became colder in evening & at night, there is no heating. When I requested, she can ot start central heating as these are summer months. There is no portable heater. Be careful, befora you book this palce"

"Great studio style room with space to sit and dine. Excellent kitchen facilities for a longer stay if needed. Fabulous breakfast delivered with warm and fresh bread and pastries as well as fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese and condiments. Really well done."

"Nice welcome from Yas. Room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. A/C in room was much appreciated. Tea, coffee making facilities and welcome biscuits a nice touch. Staff friendly. Free parking is available on 1st come basis with 5 slots available, otherwise it's street parking nearby. Only downside of our allocated 1st floor room was being at front of property and road traffic noise wasn't great for sleeping. Good location for walking to town centre and local amenities."
