"We didn't avail ourselves to any of the amenities, but the hotel property was well groomed the lobby was clean and orderly. Check in was a breeze. I don't think I spent more than 5 minutes checking in. The room was very nice, the bed firm (made for a great night's sleep). All in all, it was an excellent stay!"

"The hotel is always nice whenever I stay here. My children and I usually come for a little getaway. The pool is really nice and, although it is operated by a different company, hotel guests are still able to swim for free. We also enjoyed using the basketball court and dining at the hotel restaurant, which is always good"

"Was well taken care of not too noisy. Only thing I will complain about was there being an off putting smell in our room but it was fine after being in there for a minute. Would stay again not too far from downtown chicago either for a far cheaper price than most places!"

"This hotel is absolutely spotless and incredibly well-maintained. There's a large shopping mall nearby, and you can easily visit H-Mart to enjoy a wide variety of international foods and groceries. They also offer complimentary breakfast and coffee. The only downside is that the rooms on the second floor can be quite noisy due to traffic."

"Clean room. Stayed only 1 night. Left before breakfast was served. Nice bed. Pillows are very soft. I would have preferred a little more firmness to them. Convenient to different eating establishments and the airport."

"Housekeeping was super nice. The breakfast was one of the better ones we've had post covid. A lot of places went to strictly prepackaged stuff but they had a different breakfast both days we were there which was refreshing. My daughter loved the herb potatoes. Having a crib on site was extremely appreciated and helpful. The indoor pool was nice since we had rain. It gave my daughter something to do after being in a car for 8 hours. We had a good stay."

"Hands down one of the worst stays I’ve ever had within the Hyatt portfolio. This property is clearly not being maintained to Hyatt standards. Our room would never have passed a basic QA inspection. We found hair on the bathroom walls, floors, and in the bathtub upon arrival. The bathroom door was crumbling, and the furniture was scratched and heavily worn. The issues extended throughout the hotel. Hallways were littered with old garbage, room service trays, and dirty dishes. Baseboards were...

"I would definitely recommend this place. It is very convenient and strategically located if you are doing business in the area but still need easy access to downtown. It is quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, so at times we had to wait longer than expected."

"The sheets were literally flooded with mildew, I lifted my white sheet up towards the light and all I could see were patches and splots of what looked to be mold growing between the layers of the sheet. The sheet was too thin for it to be cushioning. I was pretty disgusted."
