"The room was very nice, but run down. we had a garden view. There was no garden and the windows were blacked out, it was claustrophobic. It was 39 degrees outside. The air conditioner did not keep room cool. The breakfast room amd lounge were beautiful."

"The property is at a great location for the middle of Lyon. Great access to cafe's, bars, and shopping. Quick walk across the Saone to Old Lyon. Restaurant located on site was very nice, we had the buffet. We were also able to store luggage and even use the bathroom as we walked around after checkout. ..."

"The room was neither clean nor similar to what was seen in the photos. There was a significant amount of dust under the bed. The bed was also much smaller than in the photos, with a thin, very uncomfortable mattress. None of the rooms seem to have a plaza view, only the reception area. NOT WORTH ..."
