"upon arrival, after a long trip we needed a restroom (including a 90 year old man); their toilet was being repaired, they had one bathroom designated for guests but someone was occupying it for >15 minutes; the desk staff smiled and said"sorry, nothing we can do, you might use the public toilet in the square". This experience we will never forget or forgive. The room was very small with no accomodation for a second carry-on let alone a big suitcase. The location is good, the room service good."

"Wonderful staff, very helpful and especially patient with other guests who didn’t know how to behave. Nice upgraded room with view of the river. Only problem was the elevator broke but the helped move our luggage down two flights of stairs. This is a great location if you are visiting old town. Everything is within walking distance. I wish they had access cards instead of old fashioned keys, I’m not sure what the charm of metal keys is. Also, the doors to the rooms tend to slam shut with great force so we were woken early by several not so considerate guests…. Overall a great pick, staff made it very easy."

"Friendly staff. Hotel itself is abit run down and there was a smell in the room itself. No windows to open in room to air things out. Otherwise, it was a clean and comfortable room and enjoyed the stay."
